OUR RIGHT TO REJECT / CANCel YOUR ORDER
- the product is not available / in stock;
- for pre orders, the manufacturer was not able to provide fulfilment due to unforseen circumstances;
- your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
- your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- we believe that you are a reseller;
- there was an error in the price displayed on the Platform;
- we could not deliver to the address provided by you; due to an Event Outside Our Control ;
- or in the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the Platform information.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email and a SMS when your order is ready for delivery. This email and SMS will contain a link for you to book your preferred delivery date. On the date of delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a SMS when the driver is 30-60 minutes to your location.
Customs, duties, and taxes
ActionCity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

1. Shipping Costs for Returns
For international purchases, the customer is solely responsible for bearing the cost of shipping for any returns. We do not cover or reimburse shipping expenses incurred when returning items purchased from us. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipment, ensuring that the package is adequately protected and insured, if necessary.
2. Additional Custom Taxes
For international purchases, the customer is responsible for any additional customs taxes or duties that may be imposed by the destination country. We do not cover or assume any liability for these charges. The customer is advised to familiarize themselves with the customs regulations and applicable taxes of their country before placing an order. Any customs fees or import taxes levied on the purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Return Policy
Our general return policy applies to international purchases, subject to the conditions outlined herein. Please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed information regarding the eligibility, procedure, and timelines for returning products.
4. Shipping Responsibility
While we strive to ensure accurate and timely delivery of international orders, we cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the shipping process. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon dispatch from our facility. We recommend selecting reliable shipping services and considering appropriate insurance coverage for valuable items.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges for international purchases will be processed in accordance with our standard refund and exchange policy. Please refer to our separate Refund and Exchange Policy for detailed information on eligibility, requirements, and procedures.
6. Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from international purchases shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any such disputes.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions for international purchases at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective from the date of publication on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Returns & Exchange policy
Please note that because the item(s) ordered are limited edition collectibles, we cannot guarantee the availability of stocks for exchange. In the event that stocks are not available for exchange, the company reserves the right to offer a full 100% refund of the purchased price.
Please note that a refund will not include interests nor any other charges incurred by you, such as but not limited to credit card fees, exchange rate loss or opportunity costs.

Visit any of our retail locations to return your items purchased through our online store. Our staff member will process your return or exchange for you.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
