Job Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve the shop sales and objectives that are set by the company
Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the shop
Responsible and committed in training staff and building teamwork
Possess strong product knowledge, selling skills and able to manage optimal stock level in the shop
Coach and counsel the team members for optimal shop performance
Assist superior by performing the duties and tasks that are assigned at any time

Requirements and Qualification

GCE ‘O’ level with at least 5 years of experience in retail shop sales and operations including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Proven sales results, superior people management skills and shop operations experience
Strong in coaching and counselling of team
A team builder and developer; constantly explore and groom individual potential to acquire the skills and knowledge needed in the job

Provide good & friendly customer service, cashier duties, etc.

To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, food using prescribed SOP;
Provide good customer service and build a friendly rapport with customers;
Assists the cafe lead in planning new menus and preparations SOP for all food and drinks;
Keep the cafe area tidy and clean at all times;
Adhere to health and safety standards;
Ensuring that all equipment is well maintained;
Assist the cafe leads in innovating and improving the processes for the efficiency of the café
Assist superior by performing the duties and tasks that are assigned at any time.

BARISTA @ AC.KAFE

Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third-Place environment during each shift.
Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.
Follows company operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Requirements

No previous experience required. Training will be provided.
