What is a Blind Box?

Blind Box refers to a type of sealed packaging that keeps the content in the box a mystery until it is opened. Blind boxes typically come in a Series containing of a variety of design figures / items that are usually indicated on the side of the box, along with the odds of unboxing each design. The rarity of each design varies and those with the highest rarity are referred as “secrets” or “chasers”.

 

Am I allowed to exchange for another blind box or order if I do not get the design I want / have a duplicate?

All purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

What delivery/shipping options are available?

We provide standard shipping through our third-party delivery partner.

All orders made at ActionCity Online are entitled to free delivery within Singapore.

 

Am I able to tell how much the delivery/shipping will cost before I confirm my order?

The shipping fee will be calculated and reflected on the check-out page before you make your order payment.

 

When will my order be sent for delivery/shipping?

Confirmed orders will usually be processed within 7 working days. Once your order is ready for delivery/shipping, you will receive a notification via email.

 

If I choose standard delivery, when will I receive my order?

It will take approximately 3-5 working days for you to receive your item after it has been processed, by our third party delivery partner.

 

Am I allowed to order online and collect my item(s) at the ActionCity retail stores?

In-store collection is currently not available due to the Covid-19 Safe Distancing measures.

 

Do you absorb customs taxes for overseas orders?

No, we do not absorb customs taxes as it is subject to each country's customs practices and the full amount of the order will be declared to avoid any rejection of delivery by the customs. You may find out more about the overseas shipping policy here

 

What if the item I received is damaged?

If the item you received has a major manufacturing defect (E.g. The item is broken or has missing parts), we will be able to exchange it for the same non-damaged item. If the item is no longer in stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or be issued a refund. Please direct your defect request to cs2@bigboxinternational.com within Three (3) DAYS of receiving the parcel / shipment. Defect request will be subject to approval thereafter.

 

Why is my order cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) for any reason(s) that may or may not be disclosed such as insufficient stock or suspected fraudulent orders etc.
